Nutty English Muffin Breakfast Pizza

No time for breakfast? Well, now you have no excuse. This English muffin pizza made with your choice of nut butter is quick and easy. You can even eat it as you run out the door in the morning. And it’s tasty, too. You’d be nuts not to love it!
Makes 1 serving

1 whole wheat English muffin
1 Tbsp. almond (or peanut) butter
½ cup sliced strawberries
1 ½ tsp. shredded unsweetened coconut

1. Split English muffin in half and toast.
2. Spread almond or peanut butter on each half.
3. Add sliced strawberries on top, and then sprinkle with coconut.
